CrossFit life classes are available at CrossFit Tailored Training for people over 55 on Mondays and Fridays at 10:30am. The classes are designed and delivered by highly experienced and qualified coaches. These sessions seem to have a focus on maintaining or developing movements to promote health and fitness in older adults.
